My friend taught me how to use two important notebooks. The first one I use to write down my plans for the day. List all your tasks for the day and then rewrite and leave only those that you need to get done. Make sure that you add one important thing that is not urgent. Because it will build up something for you long term.
My second notebook is my gratitude journal. I write down all the things I should be thankful for the day. Believe me, blessings outnumber trials.
I have my third small notebook. My inspiration notebook. I jot down here books/articles I read which recharged me. I write here my books wishlist as well and how I can get these wished-for books.
Notebooks? For writing and reading. For remembering and appreciating. For keeping things in order and for keeping things real as they should.
This is just the article I needed to read! Great job.
ReplyDeleteI used to keep a journal and it really helped me remain focused. One of the things in my journal was the 'blessings' category.
I'd write in it every night and for some reason I just stopped. After reading this article I think I'm going to start a journal again.
This time I'm going to do it online.
